Medewi Beach is located 70 km northwest of Denpasar near Pekutatan village, a 90 minute drive along a scenic coastal road. The Important district town center of Negara is close by. Medewi Beach Cottages is situated on Medewi Beach, renowned for its superb surfing on high, long rolling waves. Spectacular sunsets add romance to the tropical evenings.

Medewi Beach Cottage is not far from agricultural regions, where rice terraces spread across the landscape. Pairs of water buffalo pulling riders on chariots compete in the exciting makepung races, a special event of the region.
