Bali Zoo Park is open from 9 to 5 every day of the year except for Balinese New Year which is a day of silence and has an extremely reasonable entrance fee where infants under 2 years old pass through free, children go half price and it is possible to get a family ticket to save further money. With over 350 creatures in the Bali Zoo from all over Indonesia and the rest of the world it is possible to see Sumatran Tigers, African Lions, Orangutans, leopards and even a Komodo Dragon to name but a few. With some animals it is possible to experience encounters such as with the baby monkeys that love to be cuddled and receive attention. Experiences like these are not easy to come by and will stay with you for ever especially if you are an animal lover.

Bali Zoo Park has excellent wheelchair and disabled facilities and with prior notice special arrangements can be made as well as receiving assistance when required from the staff who are always happy to help. There are excellent dinning facilities as well that serve breakfast through to dinner with a varied menu of snacks and refreshments. There is also a BBQ picnic area that is excellent for private functions and parties. Groups of ten or more can book onto a private tour where you and your party can receive special attention from the keen and enthusiastic guides who are well trained and extremely knowledgeable on all of the animals. This is also utilizable for school trips for international and local schools and rates for the local people are heavily reduced which is really good as it will encourage the children of the island to learn more about animals which is a crucial step for the future of conservation of Indonesia’s wildlife.

Join our daily nature education shows and flying bird attractions. Daily shows are on at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm and 6:30 pm for the “Night At The Zoo” program.
* Feeding
You can buy food for the animals at the ticket counter to feed wallabies, deer, orangutan, camels, pelicans and others. To feed crocodile, tigers and lions you will be accompanied by our staff.
* Camel or Pony Horseback Ride
Especially for children with a maximum weight of 60 kg. Your children will be escorted by our staff along the selected riding route; either short, medium or a zoo round trip.
* Kiddy Park
Have fun at our little petting zoo! Let your children pat our domestic and baby animals and learn more about their behaviors. Don’t miss our playground. A park designed for your kids and family. Let your children play around and relax while enjoying the Bali Zoo nature environment.

All the activities, platforms, building materials and equipment comply with international standards. Our specialty trained guides will explain and assist you during the games.
